Incorporate 1 scoop of herbal blend in a shallow warm water bath.
Gently lower affected area into bath basin to your comfort level.
Soak for 15-20 minutes for maximum relief. An alternative use of the product for cooling relief of hemorrhoids would be to fill muslin sachet with bath blend, moisten with tepid water, and place in a storage bag, then refrigerate for 20 mins.
Remove sachet from plastic bag and apply to affected area as a cold compress for pain relief.
